South Australia is now Live

Happy to announce the launch of South Australia. However we are still looking for an administrator for SA, so if you would like to volunteer, the site is already built and it won't take much to maintain it and grow it.

Check out this Urban guide

Maybe Melbourne-based photographers all know about this place, but as a Sydney photographer regularly visiting Melbourne, this guide was an absolute mind-blower for me.

Jonathan is our new Admin for Vic and Tassie, just take a peek at this guide. If this is any benchmark then these two sites are going to have some great guides on them.

Click here to visit the guide for Hosier & Rutledge Lanes in Melbourne.

Go Jon!

Tassie & Victoria sites are now live

Well Jonathan wasted no time in getting the Victorian and Tasmanian sites live. Give him a day or two and you should start seeing guides appearing.

Remember photographers, this project will only succeed with your help... we can't do this alone... So if you think this is a great idea, please support it by contributing a guide.

New Admin for Victoria and Tasmania

It is my pleasure to welcome an administrator for our Victorian and Tassie sites which will be constructed shortly. His name is Jonathan Van Beek and as you will see from his work he is a pretty passionate landscape photographer. I urge you to click here to take a look at his work. Seems Jonathan is a medium format film guy.

These new sites will be constructed shortly. Stay tuned

Looks like we have an Admin for South Australia

Hot off the press, looks like we have just found ourselves an Administrator for South Australia. I am very happy to welcome John White to the project. I haven't met John personally, but his Flickr photos are beautiful.

I'll start working with John during the week to create the South Australia site.

New Admin found for Western Australia

Hi folks
I'm very pleased to be able to report that I have signed up an excellent admin for WA. His name is Neal Pritchard aka Spool Photography. I recommend you check out his incredible landscape photographs here at his Flickr site or take a peek at his excellent blog.

I have had the pleasure of shooting with Neal up at Forresters Beach. He is a great guy and fine photographer. I'm sure he will crack the whip to get some stunning WA locations up on the site.

Stay tuned for the opening of WA.

New State Admin for QLD

I am very happy to announce that we have our first State Admin (besides myself) Garry. I have had the pleasure to photograph with Garry when I was holidaying up in the Gold Coast. He introduced me to a wonderful location called Fingal Head (I'm sure it won't be long before we have a guide for Fingal Hd).

Garry is an incredibly talented and enthusiastic Brisbane-based photographer. You can check out his work on Flickr. He's well connected in the QLD landscape scene and I have no doubt that he will be a fantastic photographic ambassador for the Banana Benders.

I know that Garry is working on his first guide, so watch this space... it won't be long before the QLD State site is up and running.
